And only in New York City, could a shop bake classic bagels by day and delicious pizza by night.
Pizza Bungalow was born out of a lifetime of love for New York City-style pizza made with well-sourced ingredients. Our made-from-scratch pizzas start with natural unbromated flour, well-seasoned tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella, with accoutrements from some of New York City’s best purveyors. Inspired by Neapolitan style pizza, we want to bring the best of New York right to your door. We bake our pizzas in the ovens at Zucker’s Bagels, a quintessential NYC neighborhood bagel shops where millions of hand-rolled bagels are made fresh every year since 2008.
Pizza Bungalow is a collaboration between Matt Pomerantz, the founder and co-owner of Zucker’s Bagels; Dan Pace, Matt’s longtime friend and co-owner of Zucker’s Bagels; and Chef Rich DiBari, the Operations Director at Zucker’s, who is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. All three are lifelong pizza experts.

We're located at 40 E. 23rd Street (inside Zucker's Bagels) daily from 12-8pm. We offer delivery, takeout, and cafe outdoor seating.
